We do not provide redelivery services if there is no recipient during the selected time slot. Reasons being;
- our cakes are extremely fragile due to it water based nature, it can't handle heavy travelling
- to maintain freshness it should not be in the outdoor environment for too long
- our logistics are specially arranged as we do not do mass deliveries
Therefore any redelivery might end up with a damaged cake delivery. Therefore please ensure someone is around to receive the cake for your selected date and time.
